Very clean! Staff was been super nice. We are probably the loud ones here with 3 kids but it's been pretty quiet. The pool is currently open but the hot tub is not. Belgian waffles for breakfast is a nice perk. We ate at Bridgewater the first full night we were here and the food was amazing! Overall I recommend this hotel.
This place gave me a new place to visit for a feeling of myself being in Detroit eating with my hands. I felt so welcome and comfortable eating at this Indian restaurant. Wow! The waitress needs a little work, but the owner and cook were certainly on point. Must visit!
I had a wonderful experience at the Americas Best Value Inn in Chippewa Falls. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Great value for the price! I’ll definitely stay here again.
We have the heat turned off but it likes to turn on whenever it wants. We have a room with no outside access which is fine with us. Quiet but it is a weekday. Pool doors were locked with no sign indicating if open or not. Didn't bother with asking. Bar is closed. Says free breakfast so don't expect continental as they do not have a food license. For the price u can't complain, I've stayed in WAY worse!!
I was unsure about staying her based on reviews from even a week before my stay. It was obvious when I arrived that they are in the process of updating this establishment. My room had a new mattress. My dad was already staying here in another room. His room had new flooring & a new AC unit. The breakfast was good, pancakes made before your eyes, sausages, bananas, yogurt, cereal... Give this place a chance, they are still working to fix it up.
Great stay! The customer service was very good and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and cozy. They remodeled the rooms and the front desk area looks very good. I really enjoyed my stay.

America's best value Inn in Chippewa Falls is a nice hotel, if dated and having seen better days. There used to be a restaurant serving the hotel and the area, but that had since ended. The pool looks nice. The continental breakfast that was advertised on their site is only a few packets of dry goods like breakfast bars and oatmeal. No eggs, sausage, bacon, or fresh fruit. Coffee was not made fresh this morning and was a singular household pot. There used to be a place to sit and have drinks and socialize. There are a lot of used to's with this hotel. I don't know how long it will continue to be around, but "back in the day" it would have been exciting and a great new place to stay. Prices were very fair. There were also a lot of warnings about fees for damaging anything in the room. We were treated fairly and kindly by the hotel staff.
